Insert Aggregation Dialog Box Properties
This topic describes how you can use the Insert Aggregation dialog box to add an aggregation in a crosstab based on the selected field.
Aggregate Function
Specify the function for the aggregation.
If the selected field has a predefined aggregate function, this property name is Aggregation instead. Server displays the name of the field in the text box, and you cannot edit it.
Distinct On
Server enables this property when you select DistinctSum as the aggregate function, and you should set it. Select the ellipsis button 
, and then in the Select Fields dialog box select the fields according to whose unique values you want to calculate the DistinctSum function.
Label
Specify the label text of the new aggregation in the crosstab. You can leave it blank.
Auto Map Field Name
Select if you want to automatically map the label text to the dynamic display name of the field used for the aggregation.
OK
Select to insert the aggregation into the crosstab and close the dialog box.
Cancel
Select to close the dialog box without inserting an aggregation.
Help button
Select to view information about the dialog box.
Close button
Select to close the dialog box without inserting an aggregation.
