Using MapR SASL

This authentication mechanism is only for MapR users.

To configure MapR SASL authentication:

1. Set the AuthMech connection attribute to 13.
2. Set the ThriftTransport connection attribute to the transport protocol to use in the Thrift layer.

When using this authentication mechanism, Binary (ThriftTransport=0) is not supported.
