Metadata Configuration Options

The following driver configuration options are available in the Simba MySQL ODBC Driver DSN Setup box and are used to control how the driver handles specific types of metadata. The options are listed alphabetically by key name.

• Always Handle Binary Function Results As Character Data
• Enable Table Types
• Ignore Schema In Column Specifications
• Include Table Name In SQLDescribeCol()
• Limit Column Size To A Signed 32-bit Value
• Treat BIGINT Columns As INT Columns
