Selection Menu

The Selection Menu settings (Figure 1) allow for the possibility of modifying and adjusting the native Qlik Sense selection bar by showing (or hiding) a series of buttons. In the first group of settings, you can enable Show Selection Panel, set the Left Padding using the slider, and switch on Sticky Selection Panel to display selected fields.

Selection Menu Buttons

The items managed in Selection Menu Buttons control actions related to sheet menu selections. Each item has a Show/Hide Condition setting which means you can enter a conditional expression which has to be met before the button is displayed.

In addition to Step Back, Step Forward and Clear Selection (Figure 2), there are buttons for Search, Selections Tool and Insights (Figure 3).
