Using Vizlib User Portal

Vizlib User Portal is a management platform for you Vizlib products. On the Portal, you can download products, explore demo apps and templates, manage your subscriptions and access support.

When you log in to Vizlib Portal, you land on the Products page, where you can download the most recent versions of you extensions, or buy and upgrade your subscriptions. On the product-specific pages, you can download, purchase or update your products.

In the Explore section of the Templates page, you can explore possibilities for using business products with your templates. The Your Templates section shows your public and private templates. In the Users section, you can check which templates belong to which user.

The Comments page enables you to view and manage comments from extensions working with Vizlib Server, like Vizlib Teamwork and Vizlib Finance.

On the Support page, you can manage your current and past tickets, access live support, and create a new support ticket by clicking on the Create ticket button.

The Management Area in the top-right corner contains the following pages:

  • Overview – you can manage and upgrade the number of seats on a product and manage your users.

  • Subscriptions – you can cancel or renew your plans.

  • Billing & Payments – contains receipts and invoices.

  • Profile – you can edit your information or, for example, create a new password.

  • Settings – you can customize the settings that affect different sections of the website, such as templates or ability to switch off online downloads (enterprise only).

Vizlib Writeback Table and Input Form extension sends anonymous usage data to insightsoftware. If you don't want the extension to send anonymous usage data to insightsoftware, you can disable the Send anonymous usage data checkbox in User Portal > Account Management > Settings. Disabling this option is available only for users with any Enterprise and Professional licenses and applies only to products with such licenses. Freemium products will send anonymous usage data to insightsoftware.
