Collaborating in Qlik Sense and Qlik SaaS
Vizlib Collaboration includes three extensions that deliver the solutions to support your data analysis lifecycle.
From insights-to-action in Qlik Sense and Qlik SaaS, use Teamwork, Input Form, and Writeback to create full-cycle solutions that meet your needs.

Vizlib Teamwork - delivers an integrated commentary and messaging capability.

Vizlib Input Form - create customizable input forms to provide structured data entry for users and use them for scenario analysis to update Qlik variables that drive chart outputs (e.g. ROI, real-time adjustments for finance reports).

Vizlib Writeback Table - provides secure, governed updates to your data by business users. Empower collaboration between users to easily create, read, update, and delete data.

Vizlib Server is a requirement for all Enterprise production installations and is strongly recommended if you have any business users with Qlik Analysis licenses.

Features Only Available with Enterprise Solutions with Vizlib Server
Vizlib Server should always be used with Collaboration extensions. Prototyping or demo applications for developers are the only scenarios where a serverless installation is acceptable.

Security - Vizlib Server allows complete control of which users can use the Writeback destination and write data to the data sources, files and tables. Without Vizlib Server, all users must have full access to the data connections the application has configured and reload permissions to the application.

Concurrent user updates - Using Writeback with Vizlib Server allows updates from simultaneous users to data. Benefit from techniques like auto-locking, manual locking, queueing, and Loop & Reduce.

Multiple data source types are supported, including SQL, Google Big Query, Snowflake, and Oracle.

Licenses - Vizlib Server supports Analyzer and Capacity Qlik Sense licenses. With serverless, all users must have a Professional license.

Hosting all data and comments offline on your dedicated servers (Teamwork).
Collaboration Plan Types
Trial Licenses - Free for Up to Five (5) Users
Vizlib Collaboration is free to trial for up to five (5) users in the Vizlib Cloud. Please note: Qlik Analyzer licenses can not be used with this plan as Vizlib Server is not included.
Professional Plan - An Economic Plan for 6 to 200 Users
Vizlib Collaboration Professional offers an economic, plug-and-play version of the solution for small projects and small to medium-sized businesses. Please note: Qlik Analyzer licenses can not be used with this plan as Vizlib Server is not included.
Enterprise Plan - A Comprehensive Plan for 25 or More Users
Vizlib Collaboration Enterprise is a comprehensive solution with added security capabilities, platform integrations, and enterprise support levels for enterprises with custom on-premise or cloud-based installations.

License Management in the VMC
License allocation is managed within the Vizlib Management Console (VMC) on Vizlib Server, not within the Vizlib Portal. This applies to all Collaboration extensions - Teamwork, Input Form, Writeback Table, and to Vizlib Finance.
When users connect to a destination or stream, user licenses are automatically allocated until you reach your limit. Users will see an error if a license hasn't been allocated to them.
All users can have a view of the writeback table within the app, and users with Read-only access do not consume a license. Running a Loop and Reduce task or the Finance Scheduler does not consume a license.
