Vizlib Management Console User Role Permissions (Enterprise Only)

As there are three different levels of user role for the Vizlib Management Console (VMC), we've created a matrix (Table 1) which show user permissions for Root Admin, Admin, and Content Admin. Settings where the user role has full permissions are marked with ☑ .

Streams & Security (DB Integration / Custom Properties only available to Root Admin)	☑	☑	Can view and use public streams (only stream name visible), create new streams, and update/delete created streams. Cannot update/delete/duplicate streams created by other users. Cannot use Email/Slack/MS Teams integrations or workspaces created by other users.

Writeback Settings
Destinations	☑	☑	Can view and use public destinations (only destination name visible), create new destinations, and update/delete created destinations. Cannot update/delete/duplicate streams created by other users. For QVD/CSV/TXT destination, can only use data sources available to the user.
Writeback Audit	☑	☑	Can view data for public destinations and destinations created by the user.
Finance Settings
Streams & Security	☑	☑	Can view and use public streams (only stream name visible), create new streams, and update/delete created streams. Cannot update/delete/duplicate streams created by other users. Cannot use Email/Slack/MS Teams integrations or workspaces created by other users.
